Test drive a 2020 Audi Q3
Audi’s entry into what is becoming another hotly contested segment is, yep, you guessed it, the all-new 2020 Audi Q3 Sportback, arriving to showrooms around April of 2020. Consider this a heads-up for those that may want to reconsider over the standard Q3. H.J. Pfaff Audi in Newmarket is in the business of providing the public with high-end vehicles at very reasonable prices and financing options. If you are looking for something top-of-the-line, then the 2020 Audi Q3 could be the right choice for you. In this blog, we take a look at some of the features of this all-new sportier looking, and performing, Audi SUV!
The 2020 Audi Q3 will be “sportier”
Following in the footsteps of the larger Q8 is the new Q3 Sportback, a sleeker take on the all-new Q3 crossover that offers more style, and is aimed squarely at the BMW X2. Compared with the standard Q3, the Sportback has a coupe like roofline with a much more raked rear hatch, and Audi is positioning it as the sportier option for style-conscious buyers.
The 2020 Audi Q3 will have a sportier and more aggressive look
The Sportback’s roof is 1.1 inch lower than the regular Q3 and overall length has been increased by about half an inch, but the Sportback is actually a tiny bit less wide. In addition to the roof, the Sportback is differentiated by sportier bumpers and side skirts, and contrasting body cladding and trim in either a dark gray or a gloss black will be available. The 2020 Audi Q3 will have coupe like styling, but still have everything you would expect an SUV to have.
The 2020 Audi Q3’s interior will be similar in size to the standard Q3
Everything about the interior is identical to the standard Q3 until you get to the back seat. While the three-across rear seat reclines and can be moved fore and aft, headroom in the Sportback looks noticeably tighter, although Audi doesn’t give specific figures. Surprisingly, the Sportback actually offers the same 19 cubic feet of cargo space as the standard Q3 when the rear seats are up, but with them folded the Sportback’s cargo hold is 5 cubic feet smaller.
